International Collaborations

  • BES-III Experiment (China): Supported by our university's in-house HPC infrastructure, we led the modernization of the computational processes. Our team executed the first-ever migration of the job scheduling system from PBS to an HTCondor-based distributed computing architecture, enabling global researchers to actively utilize the new infrastructure.
  • CERN Research Activities: Active computational support for CERN-related experimental research and computing processes was provided, entirely supported and executed through our university's HPC infrastructure.
  • Global Health Initiatives (COVID-19): During the 2020 pandemic, our HPC infrastructure was dedicated to the international Rosetta@home (SARS-CoV-2) project, aimed at understanding the protein structure of the virus. Our university contributed approximately 2.5 quintillion mathematical operations to the project, providing critical computational support to the global fight against the virus.
  • Consistent annual participation and representation at the Google Hash Code programming competitions.

National Collaborations

  • Collaboration with Near East University academic, administrative, healthcare, and research units for digital infrastructure development and system integration.
  • Institutional support for digital transformation, infrastructure development, and process management across university affiliated structures.
  • Development of digital infrastructure supporting the 2018 TRNC General Elections.
  • ISO system development and compliance support for Günsel industrial and energy systems.
  • ISO system development and compliance support for Near East University
  • ISO system development and implementation support for BTU Trading
  • ISO system development and implementation support for Akdeniz Veterinerlik
  • Collaborative development of the Department of Industry Information System with the TRNC Ministry of Economy and Energy to integrate and digitalize institutional workflows.
  • Partnership for the comprehensive digital transformation of the RKMMD Information System under the Official Receiver and Registrar of Companies Department.
  • Technical support and collaboration for IoT projects at the 2017 TRNC METU Hackathon.
